Trauma-informed psychotherapy
Stronger on the outside than you feel on the inside.
Trauma-informed, body-oriented psychotherapy for women. A calm space to slow down, understand yourself, and feel more at home in your own life.
Many of the women I work with are capable, insightful, and used to being the strong one. From the outside, life looks managed. Inside, there is anxiety that won't switch off, a harshness toward yourself, patterns in relationships that keep repeating, or a quiet sense that something is missing.
You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to begin. You only need the wish to understand yourself a little more honestly.

How I work
I work integratively, which means I draw on different approaches depending on what you need — but always with one belief at the centre: lasting change happens when we work not only with thoughts, but with the body and the nervous system too. We go at your pace. Nothing is rushed, nothing is forced.

What I help with
A different idea of therapy
I don't see therapy as a place where I fix you. I see it as a space where you can reconnect with yourself, make sense of what you carry, and find more freedom in how you live, feel, and relate to others. My role is to walk beside you and help you find your own answers — not to hand you mine.
Common questions
- Do I need to have experienced 'real' trauma to come to you?
- No. Many people carry the effects of emotional neglect, difficult relationships, or chronic stress without ever calling it trauma. If something in how you feel or relate keeps getting in your way, that is enough reason to begin.
- Is online therapy as effective as in person?
- For the work I do, yes. What matters most is the relationship and feeling safe enough to slow down — both of which translate well online, from the comfort of your own space.
- What happens in a first conversation?
- It's a free, no-pressure 30 minutes to meet, for you to share what brings you here, and for both of us to sense whether we're a good fit. No commitment to continue.
If any of this resonates, the next step is gentle: a free first conversation, with no obligation to continue.
