About
About me
A clinical psychologist working with women on trauma, anxiety, identity and the quiet weight of being the one who holds it all together.
I came to this work the long way round — through my own. Before I sat in the therapist's chair, I did the work I now offer: processing my own early experiences, learning to understand what I carried, and slowly finding a different relationship with myself. That path is the reason I do this, and it's why I think I understand my clients' needs from the inside, not only from a textbook.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist, trained in Integrative Psychotherapy of Trauma. My work is grounded in a simple belief: meaningful therapy isn't only about talking or understanding problems intellectually. It's about reconnecting with the deeper emotional, relational, and bodily layers of experience — the parts of us that words alone don't always reach.
What I value
I value depth, safety, and genuine human connection. I believe the relationship between us is the foundation of any real change, so I take care to build a space that feels warm, respectful, and unhurried. I'm drawn to body-oriented, experiential, and trauma-informed ways of working, because I've seen — in others and in myself — that change often happens when we can finally slow down, feel what's present, and meet ourselves with more compassion and clarity.
Who I work with
I work with adults, one to one, and I focus on women — particularly women navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma-related patterns, and questions of identity, meaning, and authenticity.

A simple next step
If you'd like to know whether we might work well together, the easiest way to find out is simply to talk. The first conversation is free, and there's no expectation beyond seeing how it feels.
