Booking and payment
- Sessions are paid by card at the time of booking, through Stripe.
- The free first conversation does not require payment.
- Currency is EUR. VAT, where applicable, is included.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session.
- Within 24 hours, the full session fee applies.
- If Andrea needs to reschedule, you'll be offered the next available slot at no charge.
Scope of service
Andrea Pora is a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy to adult women. She does not work with children, couples, families, or clinical populations outside her stated specialisations.
This service is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please call 112 or contact a Romania-based crisis line. The on-site assistant is informational only and does not replace clinical care.
Confidentiality
What you share in sessions is confidential, with the legally required exceptions (imminent danger to self or others, court orders, mandatory reporting). Andrea will explain these in your first conversation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Romanian law, Andrea's liability arising from the use of this website is limited to the value of any session paid for and not delivered. Psychotherapy is a process and individual outcomes vary.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
